myFC offer FREE DELIVERY within EU on almost every product! Please note that certain large orders such as more than three chargers, or 12 Pucks and over may incur a small additional charge.
For orders from countries outside the EU a Customs Charge of €25 will be added to your order. It will appear as a part of the shipping cost on your order but the amount €25 is an extra Export fee because your country is not a member of the EU. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to the following European countries: Croatia, Romania, Serbia, Turkey, Poland, Ukraine and Czech Republic.

If under 18 years of age, you will need your parents approval to buy from powertrekk.com.

We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, Dan kort and PayPal. All customers paying by card are subject to validation checks. Powertrekk.com make the reservation to delay any order if we suspect a further security control is needed.

Prices always include Swedish VAT at 25 %.

When buying a myFC PowerTrekk the shipping is always free of charge. When buying 12 or 27 pucks a shipping cost of €10 will be charged for all countries except Sweden. Orders from countries outside the EU will be charged an Export fee of €25 on all orders.

Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to additional VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Powertrekk.com ships your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the EU and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.



We do not guarantee that all the items available at the Powertrekk.com web shop are in stock at the time of your order. In the case of incorrect stock balance affecting your order we will contact you shortly by phone or by e-mail. Powertrekk.com cannot warrant that the content of Powertrekk.com is at all time free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. Powertrekk.com may at any time change the content of the site.
Though Powertrekk.com strive to always display the correct texts, images and pricing in the site and web shop, errors can occur. If you have been charged the wrong amount when shopping from the web shop, we will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or cancelling your order. If we are unable to get in touch with you, your order will automatically be cancelled. Part of the services mediated through Powertrekk.com are performed and concerned for by outside organizations. In situations where Powertrekk.com act as agent for such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities. Powertrekk.com cannot be held responsible for any damage caused from using the site or for that matter not being able to use the site. Powertrekk.com cannot guarantee a problem-free uninterrupted and secure access to the web site.



All information provided to powertrekk.com that we obtain when you visit our site will be processed by powertrekk.com according to the Personal Data Act (PUL). The information will be used for the purpose to fulfill our commitments to you. None other than powertrekk.com will take part of this information. Your personal data may be disclosed to third parties only when it is necessary to fulfill our commitments to you. You have the right to at any time know what information is kept about you in our systems. This information can be requested by sending an email to support@myfc.se. If the information is incomplete or incorrect, you have the right to have the information corrected or deleted.



Powertrekk.com use Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the industry standard in transferring information to process your orders. Powertrekk.com uses the Thawte SSL Certificates to offer secure communications by encrypting all data to and from the site. When placing an order, you can immediately check the security validity by clicking the Thawte icon at checkout.


myfcpower.com uses cookies in order to improve your experience of the site. The cookie identifies your computer and allows the site to remember your personal settings. Cookies are also used for statistical purposes and retargeting.

You can set your browser to notify you when a cookie is to be activated. This enables you to reject usage of this cookie or to tell your browser to erase the cookie at the end of your visit. The web shop cannot be used if you disallow cookies. However, cookies on this website are mainly used for traffic measurement and optimization of page content.



Powertrekk.com may contain links to other websites beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for content or privacy policies of such sites.



We cannot guarantee that colors in the website are fully equivalent to the items actual colors. This depends on the color settings of your computer and monitor.



During 14 days following the delivery of your order, you may request the exchange or refund of items, which you must return to us in perfect condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. Powertrekk.com cannot accept returns where labels have been removed.

You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Powertrekk.com. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for.

Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense. However, Powertrekk.com will not charge additional shipping on exchanges. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card. Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Also outbound shipping cost will be refunded. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. All exchanges are subject to availability.

Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following delivery.

The same policy as above applies during sales periods, except that MyFC will not allow exchanges.



Shipping costs will not be refunded for uncollected items. An administration fee of €12.50 will be charged.



Powertrekk.com reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Terms and Conditions, including the right to block access to the site.

Individuals violating the restriction of password protected areas of the site may be subject to prosecution.



In case of Force Majeure, Powertrekk.com obligations are procrastinated. The contract between you and Powertrekk.com can in such cases be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by Powertrekk.com. A Force Majeure is at the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events.

Powertrekk.com will under such circumstances do all we can to solve the matter for our customers as soon and entirely as possible.



These terms of use are construed in accordance with Swedish law and you agree that the Swedish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement.

The laws of your country may be different from the laws in Sweden and there may be additional legal requirements for you to use this website. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our website.



All orders are fulfilled at our distribution center in Stockholm, Sweden within 3 business days (subject to card clearance and stock availability, up to 7 days during sale). We operate Monday to Friday and not on public holidays. When your order is placed we will send you a preliminary confirmation. Once your package is shipped we will send you an email with final confirmation and instructions on how to track and collect it.

We ship within Europe, for countries outside the EU there is an additional customs charge of €25.



All orders are delivered with either Fedex, UPS or Bring. All orders are fulfilled at our distribution center in Stockholm, Sweden within 3 business days (subject to card clearance and stock availability, up to 7 days during sale).



Due to courier restrictions and the risk of credit card fraud we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. 

If you wish to send products to more than one address, please place one order for each address. You will be charged for shipping on each order.



We have done our best to assure you years of trouble free operation from your device. myFC PowerTrekk is guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 12 months or according to the country requirements by law from the date of purchase. If, during the applicable warranty period from the date of original consumer purchase, myFC AB finds your myFC PowerTrekk to be defective, myFC will repair, or at its option replace with a new or refurbished equivalent, without charge for part or labour. Normal wear and tear is not covered by this. If a warranty issue do occur please contact the store where you have purchased your myFC product, they are obliged to help you.
