SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We offer FREE DELIVERY within the EU! Orders are fulfilled within 3 business days (subject to credit card clearance and stock availability). We ship Monday to Friday except on Swedish public holidays. When your order is placed, we will send you a preliminary confirmation. Once your package has been shipped you will get a final confirmation. Orders are delivered by FedEx or Bring.

Due to courier restrictions and the risk of credit card fraud we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to the following European countries: Croatia, Romania, Serbia, Turkey, Poland, Ukraine and Czech Republic.

On large orders with more than three chargers, or 12 Pucks, a small charge may apply. For orders outside of the EU, the customer is responsible for custom charges and VAT. A customs export charge of €25 will also be added.

 

RETURNS

Within 14 days following the delivery of your order, you can get an exchange or refund, or report a faulty item. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product, subject to availability. The items must return to us in the original condition and packaging, fully intact, accompanied by the invoice. You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to us. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for.

Shipping charges on returned items are at the customer's expense. myFC will not charge additional shipping on exchanges. Refunds for returned items will be made within two weeks of the return, to the original purchaser’s credit card. Additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Outbound shipping cost will be refunded. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. All exchanges are subject to availability.

WARRANTY

myFC PowerTrekk is guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 12 months or according to the country requirements by law from the date of purchase. If (during the applicable warranty period from the date of original consumer purchase) myFC AB finds your myFC PowerTrekk to be defective, we will repair or replace it with a new or refurbished equivalent, without charge for part or labour.

You are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items and we are responsible for the shipping costs back to you.

Normal wear and tear is not covered. If a warranty issue does occur please contact the store where you have purchased your myFC product, they are obliged to help you. If your product is purchased from powertrekk.com web store please contact us at support@myfc.se
